Hosa Belaku Artisans' Foundation

Waste has long been a life line for 3 Women Artisan Groups nestled in the remote villages of Kadahalli, Achalu and Halasuru in the Kanakpura Thaluk of Karnataka. As part of the Hosa Belaku Artisans' Foundation, these women have been recycling and up-cycling waste to earn a life of dignity.  Their beautiful and handy offerings include office stationary, costume jewellery, blanket, stoles, toys, laptops sleeves, yoga mats among others.

However, since March 2020, with the outbreak of COVID19 these women lost their livelihood. Now, Hosa Belaku has brought them together with about 100+ diabetic, specially able and/or underprivileged tailors to use their skills and experience to craft beautiful, hygienic and well- tailored masks which is a product very much necessary in this sensitive time.

While in conversation with Kaameshwari Devi, Founder and CEO of Hosa Belaku Artisans' Foundation, we understood that SynC. can be of help to them and we decided to take care of their creative including the following:

1. Revamping the Logo,
2. Documenting their narrative in the form of a Video.
3. Revamping the Website.
4. Making a catalog for their masks.
